Otiumtek Ekon
What it publishes
Ekon consolidates what usually lives in folders, USB sticks, and “the lobby TV.” You publish a version, assign devices, and — when needed — connect orders and reservations to the rest of the business.
Images and video ready for signage and menu experiences.
Dishes, covers, and touch scenes for the immersive tablet menu.
Playback lists for TVs: order, scheduling, and per-screen assignment.
Menu tablets and Signage TVs by site, with status and applied version.
Orders from tablet or web menu to the Ekon kitchen board, Comandas UY, or other configured external apps.
Per-site reservations module you can integrate into any restaurant website.
Ekon does not replace your POS or delivery apps. It publishes visual content and can connect orders and reservations to the systems you already use on site.

On the floor
In operations
Hospitality, retail, and multi-site: guests see the content before staff do. Ekon puts versioning, sync, fleet — and also orders and reservations — at the center.
When content travels by hand, every site has its own truth. Publish in Ekon, assign by device, and update without climbing to the TV with a laptop.
On tablet, Ekon Menu shows attraction mode, experiences, and products with photo and price. Guests tap and understand the offer — without looking like a delivery app.
After sync, Signage plays locally. A Wi‑Fi drop should not black out the lobby: the package is already on the device.
One publication, many screens. See which device is online, which version applies, and which need attention — without calling each site.
Integration
Guests can order from the tablet or the web digital menu. The venue manages orders on the Ekon kitchen board, or the order is sent to Comandas UY and other external apps according to the site configuration.
Available module
Per-site reservations module: capacity, time slots, and confirmation. Integrate it into any restaurant website as an embeddable block — guests book without leaving your page.
Menu engagement (views, top items) and fleet status. Useful for operating content — not a finance dashboard.
TV and kiosk hardware: Signage targets continuous Android use; autostart and exact models are validated per deployment. We do not claim certification for every TV brand.
On the device
Same platform, two runtimes. Choose Menu, Signage, or both for the floor.
Immersive menu
Tablet app: attraction mode, product scenes, gestures, and price lookup — the guest explores the offer, not a PDF.
Digital signage
Player on TV and Android devices: playlist, scheduling, continuous playback, and recovery without touching the screen.
Ways to use it
The same Ekon, depending on which devices you have today. Ordering and reservations are added when the venue needs them.
Tablets with Ekon Menu at the counter or room: experiences, pack languages, and idle return home. Built for hospitality and experiential retail.
TVs with Ekon Signage: image and video playlists, scheduling, and continuous playback. Built for lobbies, rooms, and displays.
One library and one portal: publish to tablets and TVs with the same fleet operations. Scale from one venue to many sites without changing product.
In every mode you can add ordering (Ekon kitchen or external apps such as Comandas UY) and the reservations module embeddable on your site.

Answers for teams evaluating digital signage, interactive menus, ordering, and reservations.
Both. The platform publishes; Ekon Signage plays TV signage and Ekon Menu delivers an immersive tablet menu. You can use one or both.
After the package syncs, Menu and Signage can keep showing the last valid content. The network is needed to publish, update, live ordering, and reservations.
Yes. It includes native ordering (tablet or web menu to the kitchen board) and can send orders to Comandas UY or other external apps configured for the site.
Yes. The reservations module integrates into any restaurant website as an embeddable block, in addition to Ekon’s public page. Capacity and slots are managed in the console.
No. Ekon runs visual content, the on-site experience, ordering, and integrations into the venue’s systems. It is not your POS or delivery app.
Onyx and Tork focus on security and identities. Ekon focuses on what guests see and order: menus, signage, ordering, and reservations. Distinct products inside Otiumtek Suite.
Immersive menu, signage, ordering, or reservations: describe the venue and we assemble the right deployment.
